I am an IT Manager with the Alabama Department of Public Health and work part time with Millbrook Fire Department. At the Alabama Department of Public Health, I manage a few development teams that support various divisions within Public Heath with software development. At Millbrook Fire Department, I function as a firefighter, paramedic, public safety diver, fire investigator, and EMS & fire service instructor.

My hobbies are flying, scuba diving, and golfing. I am a private pilot, remote pilot (part 107), and FAA-licensed ground instructor with an advanced rating. In early 2025, I became a licensed home builder in Alabama (two of the hardest tests I have ever taken). My goal is to build a couple of triplexes and my house over the next few years.

I graduated from Threnholm State with an associate’s degree in Emergency Medical Services in 2005, next I graduated from Columbia Southern with a bachelor’s degree in Fire Administration with a minor in Fire Investigation in 2020, and finally in 2023, I graduated from Columbia Southern with a master’s degree in Emergency Services Management.
